Medicine is a long course. Devoting 5 or 6 years of our lives, we embark on a course filled with highs and lows. With September being suicide prevention month, there is now a growing need to ensure our own mental well being as well as those around us. Tough times in this pandemic have further highlighted the need for a greater push to ensure mental health well being.
With that in mind, what are some of your strategies to cope with some of the difficult times you’ve encountered whilst in medical school?
